I weave together over 30 years of experience in various holisitic health studies, facilitation and organization to support people in unwinding patterns of pain and disconnection while connecting more deeply to health, well-being and their greater potential. I believe liberation begins in the body we inhabit whether we are looking to free ourselves from personal blocks, family patterns, trauma, postural patterns or the ways we have internalized systemic oppression.
I am in awe of the complicatedness of our humanity, all that our bodies hold and how resilient we are as a species. I believe we evolved to be in connection with others and that receiving support can allow our bodies to remember its deep wisdom and the potential to heal and offer more possibility, We aren’t wired to do this alone.
