I am traveling abroad for a couple of months. I will open up booking once I know of my return. While away, I continue offering things that work well from a distance over video calls. I use a secure meeting platform. On this portal you will see a message that says no times are available - I am unable to change that message. For things that translate well remotely, I am available beginning mid September. Please email me: intrinsic.liberation@proton.me if you are interested in setting up a session in IFS, Mediation&Repair, Coaching/Counsel/Support. I can also provide guidance in supporting another person virtually to perform myofascial release techniques on you and provide help finding stretches and self-care in navigating body challenges and injuries. Please note that I will not receive texts while abroad.
I weave together over 30 years of experience in various holisitic health studies, facilitation and organization to support people in unwinding patterns of pain and disconnection while connecting more deeply to health, well-being and their greater potential. I believe liberation begins in the body we inhabit whether we are looking to free ourselves from personal blocks, family patterns, trauma, postural patterns or the ways we have internalized systemic oppression.
I am in awe of the complicatedness of our humanity, all that our bodies hold and how resilient we are as a species. I believe we evolved to be in connection with others and that receiving support can allow our bodies to remember its deep wisdom and the potential to heal and offer more possibility, We aren’t wired to do this alone.
Click on any of the offerings in the menu below to find out about them. For more information about me, my location and alternative payment options, visit INTRINSIC LIBERATION.
I am located on the 3rd floor of the old train depot in downtown Montpelier. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building. There are 2 steep flights of stairs. If my office is not accessible to you, please reach out. I can consider making a house call or support you in finding another practitioner.
