I weave together over 30 years of experience in various holisitic health studies to support people in unwinding patterns of pain and disconnection while connecting more deeply to health, well-being and their greater potential. I believe liberation begins in the body we inhabit whether we are looking to free ourselves from family patterns, trauma, postural patterns or the ways we have internalized systemic oppression.
I am in awe of the complicatedness of our humanity, all that our bodies hold and how resilient we are as a species. I believe we evolved to be in connection with others and that receiving support can allow our bodies to remember its deep wisdom and potential to heal.

I am located on the 3rd floor of the old train depot in downtown Montpelier. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building. There are 2 steep flights of stairs. If my office is not accessible to you, please reach out. I can consider making a house call or support you in finding another practitioner.
